Medical marijuana has been shown to lower Medicare spending

"Medical marijuana has been shown to lower Medicare spending in states that allow it.

Researchers looked at Medicare data from 2010 to 2013. They considered the use of drugs used to treat nine ailments, including pain, depression and nausea, all of which can be treated with weed. Of the nine, only one condition—glaucoma—did not see a decrease in prescriptions when medical marijuana was available for treatment."

- If you are comfortable sharing your experience in using cannabis to replace your prescription medication we would love to hear your story and celebrate with you! You can also private message us if you'd rather not share your stories publicly.
