Frequently Asked Questions

How can I purchase cannabis from Pharm To Table?

We are open to Oregon Medical Marijuana Program patients and to recreational customers over the age of 21. If you are a medical patient, your OMMP patient or caregiver card and valid ID are required. If you are a recreational customer, you just need a valid government issued form of ID showing that you are at least 21 years of age.

How do I get an OMMP card?

You will need a doctor's recommendation to get a medical marijuana card. A physician must state in writing that you have a qualifying medical condition, and that medicinal marijuana may lessen or relieve the symptoms of that condition. You will then need to submit your OMMP card application, attending physician's statement, copies of your current and valid photo ID, and the required fee to the OMMP office in Portland, Oregon. (These documents will need to either be hand delivered to the Portland office, or sent via certified mail). Once your application is approved, your OMMP card should be mailed to you within 30 days. Medical Cannabis: A Breakdown

Sativa

Cannabis Sativa can help with issues like stress, anxiety, and depression. Sativa is a natural antidepressant, increasing energy and creativity, and providing an uplifting effect. Because of this, it is best for daytime use. Sativa also works to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and can help combat migraines. It is currently being used as a treatment for ADHD, depression, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis.

Indica

Cannabis Indica can help reduce pain, stimulate appetite, and ease insomnia. It's best used during times of rest and recovery. Indica helps with chronic pain, muscle spasms, nausea, and sleep dysfunction. Individuals who suffer from diseases like multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, lupus, sleep apnea, and insomnia generally find Indica effective.

CBD

Cannabidiol (CBD) provides much of the medicinal effects of cannabis, but is not psychoactive, and can counter the psychoactivity of THC. CBD-rich cannabis is an excellent anti inflammatory, anti pain, anti anxiety, anti psychotic, and anti spasm medication. CBD is an effective treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, alcoholism, MS, chronic pain, schizophrenia, PTSD, antibiotic-resistant infections, epilepsy, and other neurological disorders. CBD has neuro-regenerative effects, and its cancer fighting properties are currently being discovered.

We regularly lab test our medicine to ensure potency, quality, and safety.
